被 海 洋 生 物 刺 傷 後 正 確 處 理 方 法

炎 炎 夏 日， 又 係 出 外 玩 水 上 活 動 的 好 時 候。 但 當 見 到 如 海 膽 、 水 母 和 珊 瑚 等 的 海 洋 生 物 時， 就 千 萬 不 要 掂 佢 哋， 因 為 它 們 是 具 有 毒 素 的。 我 就 試 過 係 潛 水 時 因 為 手 多 多 掂 過 珊 瑚， 跟 住 就 敏 感 了， 幸 好 沒 什 麼 大 礙。 以 下 有 些 被 海 洋 生 物 刺 傷 後 正 確 處 理 方 法 作 參 考 :

‧ 石 頭 魚 ： 先 以 清 水 將 傷 口 徹 底 洗 淨 ， 再 用 攝 氏 45 度 至 50 度 的 水 浸 泡 傷 口 30 至 90 分 鐘
‧ 獅 子 魚 ： 用 攝 氏 45 度 至 50 度 的 水 浸 泡 傷 口 30 分 鐘 至 一 小 時
‧ 水 母 ： 先 用 清 水 洗 傷 口 ， 再 將 醋 倒 於 傷 口 上 以 融 解 毒 素
‧ 鯰 魚 ： 將 傷 口 徹 底 清 洗 淨 ， 泡 在 攝 氏 40 至 50 度 的 水 內 約 30 至 90 分 鐘
‧ 海 膽 ： 用 熱 水 洗 或 浸 泡 傷 口 30 至 90 分 鐘 ， 小 心 拔 出 殘 留 在 傷 口 內 的 毒 刺

週年紀念 @ Morton's The Steakhouse

今 年 已 是 我 和 honey 拍 拖 的 八 週 年 了, 我 們 選 了 Morton's The Steakhouse 慶 祝 這 話 長 唔 長 話 短 唔 短 的 記 念 日。

Morton's 係 一 間 美 國 式 排 房 餐 廳 , 裝 潢 精 雅 , 服 務 態 度 一 流。 至 於 食 物 美 味 度 呢 ... 某 些 方 面 仍 有 待 改 進。 值 得 一 提 的 是 Morton's 的 細 心 給 了 我 們 三 個 意 外 驚 喜 , 令 是 夜 更 添 快 樂。 當 我 打 電 話 成 功 訂 位 後 而 又 預 備 掛 線 的 時 候 , 那 位 女 工 作 人 員 主 動 問 道 " 是 否 慶 祝 甚 麼 日 子? " 我 隨 便 答 道 " 係 週 年 記 念 。" 結 果 他 們 就 奉 上 一 些 小 心 意 : 1) 在 他 們 的 紙 菜 單 上 印 有 祝 我 們 週 年 記 念 快 樂、 2) 贈 送 我 們 一 個 軟 心 朱 古 力 蛋 糕、3) 用 他 們 的 數 碼 相 機 幫 我 們 拍 照 , 然 後 把 相 放 在 紙 夾 裡 連 員 工 的 簽名 送 給 我 們。

明治貴族冬季香濃朱古力餅乾條 Meiji Fran's Winter Premium

我 一 向 都 愛 吃 明 治 Fran 的 朱 咕 力 產 品，尤 其 喺 佢 嗰 隻 原 味 朱 咕 力 條。 今 次 佢 嗰 隻 Winter Premium 朱 咕 力 條 果 然 沒 有 令 我 失 望。 一 盒 有 4 包 獨 立 包 裝，每 包 有 3 條 (即 共 12 條)。 每 條 香 脆 的 餅 乾 條 都 被 一 層 白 朱 咕 力 , 一 層 黑 朱 咕 力 及 粒 粒 碎 果 仁 包 着。 朱 咕 力 夠 香 滑 , 碎 果 仁 夠 口 感。

我 試 過 係 3 個 唔 同 温 度 下 食 佢 : 1) 從 雪 櫃 剛 拿 出 來 的 溫 度 ; 2) 從 冷 氣 室 的 溫 度 ~20 度 ; 3) 從 沒 冷 氣 的 夏 天 室 溫 ~28 度。 個 人 而 言，我 最 鍾 意 就 係 3 嗰 種 吃 法。 因 為 佢 溶 溶 地 的 關 係，令 到 D 朱 咕 力 更 滑 更 厚 更 香 濃。 而 D 碎 果 仁 更 顯 特 出。

MoMo is very happy recently because he not only could go out playing every weekend even on the rainy days but also got two new beautiful articles. These two new stuffs can make MoMo more comfortable during going out. What are they? They are carrier and harness; both contain Mickey Mouse's figures. Personally, I like them pretty much. If you like them too, you can get them from Pet Paradise (just inside the PetMAX locating 4th floor of EMax Shopping Mall of Hong Kong International Trade and Exhibition Centre).

Long Time No TEA 下午茶

Just dismissed today's gathering with friend, Wing. I usually went out with her for tea. If I remember correctly, the last time I went out with her was having tea at Kowloon Hotel about a year ago. Maybe we think that we can chat longer and comfortably during tea time rather than lunch or dinner time.

Food & Drink
This time we had tea at Festival Walk's Cova. We both ordered the tea set (include a cake and a drink) which cost HK$88 plus service charge. I had mille foglie (similar to strawberry mille) and hot chocolate; Wing had chocolate mousse and hot chocolate. The drinks were too sweet and not strong enough while the mille foglie was not crispy. I don't think I would go there for tea again.

Home Visit
Following two-hour tea, Wing came to my home and visited MoMo. Wing praised MoMo for playing nicely with and not barking at her. After she shared her funny and terrible experiences of her friends' pets, I should not to be too modest to confess that MoMo is a good boy indeed.



剛剛與朋友亞Wing結束今天的聚會。 往往，我們都是相約去吃下午茶的。 若然我沒記錯的話，對上一次與她外出便是約一年前在九龍酒店吃下午茶。 或者我們覺得在吃下午茶的時侯閒談較在吃午餐或晚餐的時侯傾得更長時間和更舒適啦。

飲食篇
今次我們在又一城的Cova吃下午茶。 我們兩個叫咗兩個下午茶套餐　(包括一件蛋糕和一杯飲品) ；　每個套餐盛惠＄88港元另需加一服務費。 我叫咗件mille foglie　(類似草莓千層酥) 以及一杯熱朱古力； 亞Wing叫咗件朱古力慕士和一杯熱朱古力。 　Mille foglie不夠酥脆； 熱朱古力太甜並且不夠濃。 我唔認為我下次會再去那裡吃下午茶啦。

家訪篇
繼兩個小時的下午茶之後，亞Wing來到我家探訪MoMo。 亞Wing還讚MoMo 乖，　因為MoMo 友善地與她玩和沒有向她吠叫。 在與她分享過她與朋友的寵物的有趣和嚇人的經歷之後， 我無需太謙虛地承認MoMo確是一個好男孩。

不幸的鍾欣桐

今天我從香港雜誌那裡得知一則關於香港政府拍賣車牌的新聞。 在2008年6月14日，政府拍賣掉兩個與香港二人歌唱組合 (雙生兒) 暱稱有關的自訂車牌。 亞 "SA" (蔡卓妍的暱稱) 的自訂車牌售價為港幣$170,000元， 而亞 "GIL" (鍾欣桐的暱稱) 的自訂車牌只售出港幣$11,000元。 現在我真的領會到那些性醜聞對鍾欣桐有多深的不良影響了。

Make Cookies on the Day of Hoisting Typhoon Signal No. 8 八號風球焗曲奇

I turned on the tv just after waking up this morning and knew that typhoon signal no. 8 was still hoisting. What came to my mind first was to call my little cousin came over to visit me because I haven't seen her for a while and also she didn't need to go to school in such condition.

Apart from watching tv and chatting, we found a good activity to kill time. That was to make cookies. Actually, I like to use muffin mix and cookie mix to make muffins and cookies respectively because it lets me to make delicious product easily and simply. "Quaker" always is my first choice's mix; but I could not find this brand in Hong Kong so far. Therefore, I bought "Betty Crocker" as the substitution during my last last time's supermarket shopping. My comment for Betty Crocker's cookie mix is that the baked cookies were over sweet...too bad! Anyway, I had have SUCCESSfully use my mircowave/convection oven for the first time baking food not microwave food.

今早醒來後，我立即打開電視，並知道八號颱風警告信號仍然生效。 我第一件事就想到叫我的 小表妹來我家， 因為我與她已有一段時間沒見面了，而且，她亦不需要上學去。

除了看電視和聊天外，我們亦想到了另一好活動來消磨時間。 那就是做曲奇餅。 事實上，我喜歡使用鬆餅混合粉和曲奇餅混合粉來做鬆餅及做曲奇餅。 因為它讓我能容易地做出美味的鬆餅及曲奇餅。 "Quaker" 總是我的第一選擇； 但是，我在香港還是找不到這個品牌的混合粉。 因此，我在上上次逛超級市場的時候便買了 "Betty Crocker" 這牌子的曲奇餅混合粉作為代替。 我對於 "Betty Crocker" 曲奇餅混合粉的意見是過甜。 不管怎樣，我也至少成功地用我的微波焗爐第一次焗食物，而並不是微波加熱食物。

Black Sheep at Shek O

Once I decided to go to Shek O last Saturday, I searched instantly over the internet and saw if there was a decent western-style restaurant that was worth a visit. Only three matched results were found from both foodeasy.com and openrice.com; they were Black Sheep, Paradiso, and Shining Stone. However, no comment was left for the latter two while most of the comments for Black Sheep were positive. Without any hesitation, I called Black Sheep for the reservation and asked them if I could bring my lovely doggy, MoMo, to dine with us. Hooray...they didn't mind MoMo's participation.












Though Black Sheep is a very small restaurant, it has its own style. Their decoration may give you a bit feeling of situating at a Philippine resturant. First, you would pass through the patio (~2 to 3 tables) to get into the dining room (~8 tables) and behind the dining room, there is a plain bar with small area of dance floor where you could dance during your dinner. As they use few lights (mainly counted on candles and ultraviolet lamps); so the whole environment is fair dim. Furthermore, they won't give you the menu as all the dishes are written down on the boards.

Fresh Mint Lemonade (right) & Fresh strawberry juice (left) They're worth trying even though the former was rather sour and the latter was rather sweet.

Onion Soup ($75) Would be better if cheese was served as topping.

Mama's Ox Tail Soup ($89) Nothing special; below my expectation!

Jungle Pizza ($155) Not enough ingredients.







The average spending per person of this dinner was HK$380. I would say Black Sheep is worth 7.3/10

Recalling those Weekends 久遺了的週末

It was about six months that I had put myself in an indescribable life. A life without energy and specific interest. Seldom going out to get updated and not even intentionally going to somewhere that is far away from the urban for nothing.

Last Saturday was a fine day for me because I suddenly was in mood to go out and could make a quick decision for the destination - Shek O. We drove more than half an hour to get there for a walk at the beach and dinner at Black Sheep. Due to the unstable weather of that day and the time (about 17:45), there were not many people on the beach. I felt so relaxed and carefree by immersing myself in the soft sunlight and the gentle breeze. Besides, I enjoyed pretty much watching MoMo's freedom in running and your concentration on taking the good pictures. It was nice that there were only three of us spending the whole evening together over there.

That was a fabulous day; simple but happy. In fact, I believe that family is important, friend is essential, work is necessary, hobby is indispensable, and last but not least, "us time" also should not be neglected.

已經約有六個月的時間，我把自己處於一個難以形容的生活裡。 一個沒有幹勁和具體興趣的生活。 已經甚少為了使自己與時並進，而出街逛逛。 更別說因為無所事事，而特意去些遠離市區的地方走走。

對我來說，上星期六是個美好的一天，因為我突然間很有興致出外走走。 並且我更能很快速地想到了目的地 - 石澳。 經過大半小時的車程後，我們到達石澳; 為的只是在沙灘散步和在 Black Sheep晚餐。 由於不穩定的天氣和不早的時間 (約17:45)，沒有太多人在沙灘上。 溫和的陽光和微微的風使我覺得如此輕鬆和無憂。 而且，我也頗享受看著MoMo自由自在地奔跑以及你那全神灌注於拍攝靚相的時刻。 更加不錯的事是只有我們三個一起在石澳那裡度過一整個晚上。

那是個極好的一天； 簡單但愉快。 事實上，我相信家庭是重要的，朋友是必需的，工作是必要的，嗜好是不可缺少的，最後但同樣重要的是"我們時間"是不應該被忽視的。
